Now is the time to get those holiday orders in.  We want to make sure that we are able to fill each and every order!  December's special is our Candy Cane cheesecake for $20.  Please order as soon as possible so we can make the dessert for your special occasion.

Holiday Open House

Everyone is invited to our 2nd Annual Holiday Open House. It will be held on November 7th from 1-4 pm at the GrandStay Hotel in Mankato. We will have lots of different flavors to try and we plan to have some items that you can purchase and take home that day! Hope to see you then!

October Special

Order your Halloween cookies, or any other cut-out cookies you may want, and get $2 off per dozen for the month of October. We have a minimum order of 2 dozen. Here are some pictures of some Halloween cookies we have made:

Flip Flops

Also over the weekend I (with some help from my family) threw a flip flop party for my mother-in-law for her 60th birthday. The party was a hit as were the desserts. I wanted to share the picture of the flip flop cookies that we had for the party. We also had bite size cupcakes with flip flop candies on top. They were so cute! ~Misty

Fall Wedding

This past weekend we had another great wedding. This couple did a dessert bar with some of our desserts mixed in with their own treats of choice. It was very elegant. The bride reported that the whole table cleared in 45 minutes! Guess it was a hit!

It is so much fun to see all the different ideas the couples have for their weddings. We have a couple more weddings coming up next month as well.

Another Wedding...

We had another beautiful wedding with cupcakes this past weekend. They turned out gorgeous! The couple ordered red velvet with cream cheese frosting and requested berries on top to add a little pizazz! The berries added just the right pop of color to the black and white themed wedding.

Wedding

We had another wedding this weekend. It was a golf themed wedding at a golf course. The cupcakes turned out great and were loved by all. We really enjoy the new ideas that the brides are bringing to us.

Happy 4th of July

I can't believe that is is already the 4th of July weekend. It means that summer is on the downswing but we will just have to make the most of what we have left. Here are some cookies we did for a 4th of July celebration along with some U of M cookies we did for an alum. Have a great 4th everyone!

We wanted to share some things that we have done recently. We had a wedding and it turned out fabulous. We have a bunch more weddings coming up this summer and fall. April Cheesecake of the Month

This months cheesecake of the month is Raspberry Swirl. If you order a Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake before April 30th you will receive $5 off. It is a very refreshing cheesecake for spring, Easter or any occasion you may have this month.

Also, remember our Spring Open House is April 18th from 1-4pm at the GrandStay Hotel in Mankato. Come and sample many of our delicious desserts! We will have the Raspberry Swirl cheesecake to sample.

Hockey Cutouts

Here are some pictures of the pictures that I made for my son's hockey team. They had their jamboree to celebrate the last day of the season and enjoyed these cookies!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We hope that everyone has a wonderful day today! We had the opportunity to make some cookies for a very special Kindergarten class. They turned out so cute and we know they all enjoyed them!
