I always try to come up with new things for Valentine's Day every year. My new adventure this year was bouquets. They are a unique gift and who doesn't like edible gifts.

Diamond Cookies

I had a request for cookies for a little girl who was turning 6. She wanted cookies to take to school and hand out. Her request was pink diamond cookies with a green 6 on them. I love the special requests and the unique things that people come up with!

Hockey Cookies

This week I was asked to make some hockey themed cookies for a little boys birthday party. He wanted hockey skates and hockey jerseys. The request was purple and gold with the number 18 on them. Here is the result...the mom was so excited to show her son!

Red Velvet Cheesecake

YUMMY!! I absolutely love making this cheesecake. It puts two of my favorite things into one fabulous dessert! Red Velvet Cake turned into a fabulous cheesecake. It even has a cream cheese frosting on top. I don't think it can get any better.

KitchenAid Mixer

I recently purchased the KitchenAid Professional Mixer and absolutely love it!! It has taken my baking to a new level! Making double batches of anything are not a problem anymore. I am able to accomplish a lot more in half the time. Being a busy mom of 3 it is great to be able to cut the time I am away down.
