New Cupcake Flavors!

It was my husands birthday so I thought it would be a great opportunity to try out some new cupcake flavors at his party. I made chocolate with peanut butter filling and peanut butter frosting and vanilla with caramel frosting. They were delicious. There wasn't any left at the end of the party.

We will have the chocolate with peanut butter filling and peanut butter frosting cupcakes at our open house! Remember to stop by and try out some of our desserts. It is on December 6th from 1pm-4pm. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

Candy Cane Cupcakes

Here are the delicious candy cane cupcakes inspired by the winner of our flavor contest. They turned out delicious. They are chocolate peppermint cake with a peppermint frosting and crushed candy cane on top! YUMMY!

November Cheesecake - Pumpkin

Hard to believe it is already November but Thanksgiving is just around the corner. So for November our cheesecake of the month is Pumpkin. It is perfect for all those holiday gatherings so remember to place your order by November 30th to enjoy the discounted price of $20.

Congratulations to Patsy King of Mankato for choosing the winning cheesecake flavor. She came up with Coffee Lovers which is one of Coldstone Creamery's ice cream flavors. We are so excited to make this new flavor and try it!!

Congratulations to Trudy Natterstad of New Richland for coming up with a new cupcake flavor. She came up with candy cane cupcakes. They are going to be a great addition for the holiday season.

Pumpkin Turtle Cheesecake & Cookies

This delicious yumminess is our newest flavor just in time for all your fall parties! It is a Pumpkin Turtle cheesecake. It is so fabulous you just have to try it.

Wedding Show

Thanks to all the people that stopped to talk to us at the wedding show yesterday. We had a great time meeting everyone. We want to remind everyone of our Flavor Creation Contest. Keep thinking of those new cheesecake or cupcake flavors. We have a lot of great ideas already. The person who creates the new cheesecake flavor will receive a free cheesecake in that flavor. The person that creates the new cupcake flavor will receive 12 free cupcakes in that flavor. Send in as many ideas as you can!



Also, we will be having our 1st Annual Holiday Open House on December 6th from 1 -4. We will have lots of desserts to sample! Tell your friends and come sample some great desserts!

Flavor Creation Contest

Time to put on your thinking caps! We are looking for ideas for our next new creation and we need your help. We are having a contest to see who can come up with the next great flavor of cheesecake and cupcakes.

Here's how it works: Leave a comment on this post or send us an email with the subject "New Flavor" telling us your idea for a flavor of cheesecake or cupcake. On November 1st we will select our new flavors to create. There will be one winner from each category. The winner in the cheesecake category will win a free cheesecake and the winner in the cupcake category will win a dozen cupcakes in your suggested flavor.

So start thinking of what flavor you would love to see us add to our menu. Tell your friends and submit your ideas before October 31st. Don't worry about ingredients, etc...we will take care of that!

New Flavor - Butterscotch Cheesecake

We had a busy weekend but it is never too busy to come up with a new flavor. I love butterscotch and wanted to make a butterscotch cheesecake. It is absolutely mouth watering. It has the perfect butterscotch flavoring. Check us out at the October wedding show to taste this new creation!

Busy Weekend!!

Misty and I were very busy this weekend. We have two weddings coming up so we started getting ready for them. I also made a Tiramisu for a customer. We encourage special requests. The Tiramisu isn't on our menu but we do make it. If you are in need of a special dessert and don't see it on our menu always feel free to call/email and ask if we can make it for you. The Tiramisu turned out fantastic. Here are some pictures of the cookies and Tiramisu from this weekend.

New Flavor - Apple Crisp Cheesecake

Hey all, Misty here. I spent 3 hours last weekend peeling and coring apples so I got inspired and decided to come up with a new cheesecake flavor! It is absolutely delicious. It has an apple crisp crust along with the crumbles on top. The cheesecake has just the right mix of apples with a hint of cinnamon. My mother in law is my official taster and she told me it is her new favorite.

If anyone has any flavor suggestions please let us know. We are always trying to come up with something new!

Also, here are some pictures of some cupcakes we are going to be making for an upcoming wedding. They are chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and raspberry filling. They are delicious!

Cheesecake of the month

The cheesecake of the month is Caramel Brownie. It is made with a brownie crust then the crust is topped with gooey caramel sauce. We then top it with the cheesecake filling and to finish off this amazing cheesecake we put more gooey caramel sauce on top! This is a cheesecake you will order over and over again. Order now while it is $5 off. We are sure you will not be disappointed!

We did a wedding this weekend. The couple decided to have a dessert bar instead of the traditional cake. It went over very well. In fact, the groom didn't even get to try any cheesecake because it went so fast!

Here are some samples that we did for a fall wedding coming up in Sept. We are very excited to do them. The couple decided to do the swirled colors with their monogram on them.

Here are some sample wedding cake cookies for a wedding coming up in a couple weeks. The couples color is teal for their wedding.

Cheesecake of the Month - S'mores

Call your friends and neighbors...we have decided to start doing a cheesecake of the month. We recently made this one and it looks delicious so we thought we would start out with the S'mores cheesecake. The S'mores cheesecake is a flavorful blend of marshmallows, milk chocolate chunks and graham crackers.

Our cheesecake of the month price will be $20. Order must be placed by August 31st.
