Here are the delicious candy cane cupcakes inspired by the winner of our flavor contest. They turned out delicious. They are chocolate peppermint cake with a peppermint frosting and crushed candy cane on top! YUMMY!

Last Call for Flavor Creation Contest

Flavor Creation Contest

Time to put on your thinking caps! We are looking for ideas for our next new creation and we need your help. We are having a contest to see who can come up with the next great flavor of cheesecake and cupcakes.

Here's how it works: Leave a comment on this post or send us an email with the subject "New Flavor" telling us your idea for a flavor of cheesecake or cupcake. On November 1st we will select our new flavors to create. There will be one winner from each category. The winner in the cheesecake category will win a free cheesecake and the winner in the cupcake category will win a dozen cupcakes in your suggested flavor.

So start thinking of what flavor you would love to see us add to our menu. Tell your friends and submit your ideas before October 31st. Don't worry about ingredients, etc...we will take care of that!

New Flavor - Butterscotch Cheesecake

We had a busy weekend but it is never too busy to come up with a new flavor. I love butterscotch and wanted to make a butterscotch cheesecake. It is absolutely mouth watering. It has the perfect butterscotch flavoring. Check us out at the October wedding show to taste this new creation!

New Flavor - Apple Crisp Cheesecake

Hey all, Misty here. I spent 3 hours last weekend peeling and coring apples so I got inspired and decided to come up with a new cheesecake flavor! It is absolutely delicious. It has an apple crisp crust along with the crumbles on top. The cheesecake has just the right mix of apples with a hint of cinnamon. My mother in law is my official taster and she told me it is her new favorite.

If anyone has any flavor suggestions please let us know. We are always trying to come up with something new!

Also, here are some pictures of some cupcakes we are going to be making for an upcoming wedding. They are chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and raspberry filling. They are delicious!

Triple Chocolate Decadance

Once again we are working on some new flavors. We have come up with a VERY yummy chocolate cupcake called "Triple Chocolate Decadance". It is a rich devils food chocolate cake with chocolate chips and chocolate buttercream frosting. Any chocolate lover will be sure to enjoy this cupcake! Stay tuned for more new yummy flavors!

We are pleased to announce a brand new flavor of cheesecake...ROCKY ROAD. This wonderful slice of heaven is chocolate cheesecake with marshmallows and peanuts and a chocolate crust. It is delicious! We are always looking for new ideas for flavors...let us know if we can create one for you!
